You know what the difference
between you and I is???
It’s in how you see yourself
and what I see you as.
And in how you DEFINE yourself.
You may see yourself as ‘work in progress’
or someone that is limited in certain ways,
inconsistent, overweight, out of shape,
unhappy or depressed, helpless and hopeless
or flawed and imperfect, etc.
You believe that you can improve, you can
be more, you can be better, etc.
And that is why you’ve been struggling.
When I look at you all I see is perfection.
There is nothing wrong with you, there is
nothing to fix, nothing to improve and nothing
to change. I see an incredible, intelligent
entity that is capable of anything and everything.
I define you in ways that does not limit
you, diss-empower or suppress your Elegant Self!
And so my goal is to simply hold up the
mirror so that you can see your true self and
realize how beautiful, compassionate,
loving and carrying you really are!
–most women are great at being loving, carrying
and compassionate towards others – BUT NOT THEMSELVES!
But once you see your TRUE reflection
and realize how:
joyous,
playful,
fun,
curious,
compassionate,
loving,
whole,
amazing,
courageous,
beautiful,
confident,
and the list goes on and on.
YOU ARE:
You will begin to transform from the inside out.
That is where every weight loss and fitness programs
need to start!
As weird as this may sound, this is probably
the most important step on your journey
toward optimal wellness.
You deserve to have real joy and vitality in your life.
But, you’ll never get there if all you do
is judge, shame and criticize yourself and
your body.
To move towards health and wellness,
to gain real inner strength and power
you must embrace who you are.
Take off the ‘MASK’ of who you think you are
and connect (deep within) with the essence
of who you truly are.
And begin being and living that way!
You are whole,
You are healthy,
You are strong,
You are loving,
You are joy,
You are playful,
You are amazing
Don’t tell yourself these things, sense and feel
them within your heart!
You are NOT:
You’re not your failures,
You’re not your fears,
You’re not your stress,
You’re not your problems.
But that is how you’ve chosen to define yourself
as based on your past experiences.
And that’s ok, but know that moving forward
you are much bigger than your problems!
Remember that the ESSENCE of who you are or your
true nature can not be defined or touched by the predicaments
or circumstances of life that you find yourself in.
I hope that in moving forward you can
develop a much healthier relationship
with yourself and from there begin to
transform your health and body with
much more joy and excitement.
