How’s your SEX Life?
Anybody that has lost weight,
be it 5 or 50lbs, will tell you
that as a result of their
weight loss and getting in shape
their sex life improved – immensely!
And it’s true, most fit people
do have great sex lives.
Do you know why?
When you’re FIT you feel good about yourself!
When you’re FIT you feel comfortable in your own skin!
When you’re FIT you feel confident in who you are!
And
When you’re FIT you have a ton of energy that must
be invested wisely
Priorities people!

The best way to get your mojo back
or to take things to the next level
(and I don’t mean 50 shades of gray level,
that’s too much – hey now)
is to get your ass in shape!
Here is how getting in shape
will turn you into a true lioness that you are!
When you’re fit and in shape:
You no longer feel bad about yourself and project
these insecurities onto your partner which
put’s a strain on your relationships and
zaps all the funk in the bedroom!
No,
When you get FIT (what ever that is for you),
You feel more alive!
You feel good,
You handle stress better (which then you don’t bring into the bedroom)
Your mood is great (exercise
has been shown to elevate mood better
than drugs in clinically depressed!)
You’re happier!
You’re easy going!
You feel confident in yourself!
You feel comfortable in your own skin!
You feel proud of how you look.
You know you look sexy in anything you put on,
And
You have more energy than you know what to do with…
Now…
what do you think will happen when you feel
this good and you show up in the bedroom?
I’m pretty sure that you won’t be
getting intimate with the lights
off under the blanket or reading
a book in bed (50 shades, and fantasizing)
…. NO!
It’ll get wild, probably
sound like one of those old Herbal Essences shampoo
commercials and the kids will need to sleep over
at the grandparents house — AGAIN!

It’s simple,
Start moving daily,
Start eating accordingly,
Take care of yourself,

And stop fighting your own body!
