Lose 52LBS without dieting or exercising!

Do you want to know how you can lose 52lbs without ever going on a diet or starting an exercise program???

Ok…

I don’t usually do this but I’m going to share something exclusive with you as a token of gratitude for being a member on my mailing list.

Ok, so when it comes to fat loss, calories matter!

There is just no way around it.

And anybody tells you that calories do not matter is a liar or they don’t know what they’re talking about.

Anyways, I don’t want to be going on a rant here, I’ll save that for another day.

Here is how you can lose 52lbs without doing much for it.

 

It’s simple…

 

You need to cut 500 calories per day from your diet.

Cutting 500 calories each day will result in a 3500 calorie deficit per week which will yeild 1lb of fat loss!!!

BTW 1lb of fat has 3500 calories in it.

Now the coolest thing about this is,

500 calories isn’t a whole lot of food that you must cut, in fact you won’t even notice it.

 

For example…

That’s about 100g of mixed nuts (a handful).

That’s about 4 slices of bacon.

That’s Starbucks venti caramel frappuccino w/2% milk.

Do you see how simple it can be, and this is exactly how I get my clients RESULTS!

You don’t even have to cut anything out, one of the things I get our Transformation Fit Camp Girls doing which helps them lose weight like crazy, is switch some of their food items to low fat options for the time being which will help reduce calories and essentially lose weight without much effort.

 

And I get them to stop snacking on nuts (which are healthy but are very easy to over-consume).

There are many studies supporting my position on this, low fat diets are superior to low carb diets for the simple fact that in cutting fats you end up creating a much larger caloric loss than if you where to cut carbs but not fats!

 

And most women I work with love their carbs, so why not keep the bread, chocolate and wine and skip the bacon???

So this is a very simple and doable strategy that you can start applying RIGHT NOW and start losing weight.

 

Just imagine, if you have 50lbs to lose you will lose it without doing much for it, it will take time, but hey you won’t have to run marathons or starve yourself!
