So is it possible to lose weight over the weekend!?
Here is how to do it.
Most people I know do enough during weekdays to lose 1-2lbs within a given week. In fact at my fit camps I get my clients weighing themselves on a Monday and Friday mornings to see that they’ve actually lost 1-2lbs.
But what happens in most cases is that everyone tends to gain that weight back over the weekend!
Lack of structure and routine.
Most people have a routine during the weekdays and they keep busy – and if only you could carry.
As weekends come around our routines and structure dissolves which leads to overeating and taking in a higher amount of calories.
If you want to lose weight over the weekend, bring in the same routine and eating structure that you follow during weekends.
over that same structure into your weekends you could get to your goal weight much faster and with less effort.
All that is required of you is mindfulness and planing.
That’s all you have to do.
Just doing this one thing can lead to you losing 5-10lbs in a month,
Keep to the same eating schedule,
eat the same amount of meals that you usually
do Monday to Friday.
Avoid supersizing your meals, avoid snacking,
avoid drinking your calories etc.

I always have my clients following the same eating structure
over the weekends – a day of the week should not dictate
to you how you show up in life!
You don’t need a new diet you just need to follow what you’re already doing during the weekdays and carry it through the weekends!
