How she lost 10lbs in 3 weeks after struggling for months!

I love sharing ‘success stories’ with you,

Here is an e-mail that I got from one of our busy moms Starr this
Saturday:

Hey Ruslan, just wanted to let you know I’m down 1 1/2 from yesterday,

so to date since January 4, in down 9 1/2!! WOW!!
==============================================

I’m not sharing this with you to impress you, but rather
to impress upon you that this is someone that struggled
to lose weight prior to starting at TFC.

And now she’s rocking it!

How is she doing this?

There are a few things that I’ve noticed Starr is really
good at and I want to share them with you in hopes
of you applying them in your own weight loss journey.

It is these types of things that separate those individuals
that lose weight and keep it off and those that struggle!

And it has nothing to do with how hard you’re willing
to workout!

It’s much easier and simpler.

Here are the 3 things that are responsible for unstopable
weight loss in Starr’s case:

1. Plan ahead,
Starr plan’s all of her meals ahead. She knows what she’ll be having a day in advance.

You have to plan ahead and not leave things up to chance.

If you know you have a birthday party coming up, plan for it.
It can all be part of your ‘weight loss plan’ but it must be planned for.

*** weight loss is not about restriction, it’s about STRUCTURE!

2. Track your numbers
You have to know your numbers.

If you don’t know your numbers you have no feedback!

Starr has a carb goal, protein goal and fats goal for each day! And everything she eats she tracks. She knows how much she weights, she tracks her body weight daily.

She knows how many times per week she exercises!

That way if there is lack of progress we can adjust everything accordingly. There is no guess work when you have actual data to work with!

3. Trust the process
This is something Starr had to get used to, she didn’t always have faith in the program as she does now (and I get that). She had to buy into my coaching ideas (which go against mainstream propaganda) such as ‘carbs are ok to eat – even on a weight loss plan’ and ‘you don’t have to train so hard’ in order to lose weight.

And now that she’s fully surrendered to the process the body
is finally cooperating with her efforts and the weight is falling off!

^^^These are very valuable gems which I know I will be
applying in my own weight loss journey and
I hope that you will too!

This is the type of stuff that will make you successful!

Plan ahead, track everything and believe in yourself and trust
the process. Follow Starr’s example and you will persevere!

Oh yeah, and she has a great coach (so I was told)…
so you may need one also :)

I do know someone btw, he’s great guy!
